1. Abilene Christian University – International Students Scholarships
Abilene Christian University is one of the few schools that offer scholarships exclusively for both undergraduate and graduate students.
They provide Presidential International Scholarships worth $22,000 for exceptional undergraduate students. And they still spice it up with the Wildcat Housing Grant, valued at $3,000 per year for up to two years for scholars that chose to live on campus, plus other competitive scholarships available for international undergraduates.
Regarding international graduates, they made it possible that each program has its own scholarship exclusively for international students. And, they still provide additional outside, privately funded scholarships within your field by professional organizations and accrediting bodies.
2. Lancaster Bible College International Financial Aid and Scholarship
One of the reasons I love their Christian scholarships for international students is because they make it easy for you to access them, i.e. you can always reach out to a Financial Aid Advisor at the school and always be guaranteed to receive the help you deserve.
Another interesting thing is that a $3,000 annual tuition scholarship is available to undergraduate international students who have been accepted to LBC and demonstrate financial need. And, the scholarship is renewable with a 2.3 CGPA, and good standing with the college.
Masters and doctoral international students even get higher funds, they receive a 30% tuition scholarship. Note that this scholarship doesn’t prevent you from applying for other financial aid provided by the school or outside the school.
3. Harvey Fellows Program
It is worth noting that applying for the Harvey Fellowship is very competitive, in fact, less than 10% of those who apply are selected. The Harvey Fellows Program was established by the Mustard Seed Foundation in 1992 and is now overseen by the 28twelve Foundation.
For you to be eligible for the fellowship, you need to demonstrate a personal faith in Jesus Christ and a desire to serve and witness in his name. Also, you need to be enrolled in or have applied to a full-time graduate program, plus other requirements.
4. Mary McLeod Bethune Intercultural Leadership Scholarship
This is one of the Christian scholarships for international students worth up to $5,000 per academic year, with a maximum of $20,000 over 4 years. Even if you’re a student who is intentionally engaged in a multi-ethnic community, you’re still eligible.
One of the good parts is that you just need a GPA as low as 2.5 to maintain your scholarship, you also need to participate in intercultural discipleship and leadership program opportunities.
5. Corrie Ten Boom Cultural Diversity Scholarship
This is another Christian scholarship provided to Taylor University international students. Recipients of this scholarship are entitled to $1,000-$2,000 per academic year (maximum $4,000-$8,000 over 4 years).
6. Luis Palau International Scholarship
If you’re an international student with F-1 Visa or you are not eligible for FAFSA, then this scholarship is for you, and if you have a very good grade plus Christian leadership principles, then you might receive $10,000 per academic year (maximum $40,000 over 4 years). Well, you don’t need to worry about applying, you’ll be awarded the scholarship if found eligible when you’re admitted to Taylor University.
7. Heritage Christian University International Scholarship
Our list of Christian scholarships for international students won’t be complete without mentioning this award, because eligible applicants may be awarded a full-tuition scholarship. Also, applicants that receive the award, only need a minimum of 2.0 GPA to maintain it for the forthcoming years.
However, this scholarship is very competitive, and a maximum of 5 students are awarded, so you need to bring your A-game to qualify.
8. Wheaton College Graduate School – International Christian Leader Scholarship
If you are a non-North American (U.S. & Canada) citizen then this Scholarship is for you. Also, you must have graduated from an accredited four-year college/university or equivalent (BA degree), and have Completed at least a two-year full-time Christian service in a student’s homeland context.
There are several kinds of awards provided, such as each year the recipient serves in ministry outside of North America after the completion of MA studies, 25% of their loan is forgiven and becomes a scholarship. Also, additional funds may be received for living expenses based on need.
9. Ozark Christian College Chris DeWelt International Student Scholarship
Chris DeWelt International Student Scholarship awards three kinds of scholarships, which are;
- Platinum International: which is worth $32,000 ($4,000 per semester) and awarded automatically with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
- Gold International: worth $24,000 ($3,000 per semester) and awarded automatically with a 3.0 – 3.49 GPA
- Silver International: worth $16,000 ($2,000 per semester) also awarded automatically with a 2.0 GPA.
10. Dallas Christian College International scholarship
Just like most Christian scholarships for international students we have listed, this award is available to all full-time international traditional students. On-campus recipients are entitled to an $8,000 annual scholarship ($5,000 for those living off-campus).
Note that total institutional scholarships awarded to international students cannot exceed the designated tuition scholarship award amount.
11. Luther Seminary International Scholarships
Due to Luther Seminary’s mission to proclaim the gospel to all nations, they help international students that come to their school to return home to provide significant leadership for churches and Christian communities in their home countries. The ELCA (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America) and seminaries award scholarships on a fair and equitable basis with attention given to urgency, the need for leadership development of the home church, and the needs of the student involved.
12. Texas Christian University – Incoming International Student Scholarship & Aid
TCU provides two types of incoming Christian scholarships for int’l students: scholarships based on academic achievement and need-based financial aid. They provide;

13. Missouri Baptist University Undergraduate International Scholarship
MOBAP don’t only award merit-based scholarships and grants to international students, they also provide athletic scholarships. However, if you receive an athletic award, you won’t be eligible for a merit-based scholarship.
Furthermore, international students are eligible for on-campus employment.
14. Christian Brothers University International Scholarships
CBU provides different kinds of Christian scholarships for international students, candidates must be in their first year with SAT equivalents for students with at least a 3.0 High School GPA. Their scholarships include;
- Presidential: worth $18,000
- Lasallian: worth $17,000
- Maurelian: worth $16,000
- Dean’s: worth $14,000
- University: worth $12,000
- Rozier: worth $11,000
15. Oklahoma Christian University International Scholarship
OCU provides $8,000 per academic year up to 8 semesters’ worth of scholarship to international students with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0. However, this award can’t be combined with other scholarships.
