However, the cost of getting a Helicopter Private Pilot Certificate is not that cheap, and even with the scholarships available, most guys are competing for it. 3. Army ROTC Scholarships

This is another male and female helicopter pilot scholarship that is provided to students that want to join the Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC). The good news is that you’ll graduate as a respected Army Officer, graduate as a reliable helicopter pilot, and you can get a scholarship that can take care of up to 100% of your tuition coverage.

This is among the female aviation pilot scholarships that have five (5) different scholarship types awarded to their members. They include;

The Broadening Horizons Scholarship is open to women who hold a Private Pilot License or higher. Scholarship awards are arranged directly with the aircraft/flight sim/workshop owner/presenter and are to be used within the appropriate season of the current application year.
