There are many places to look for scholarships but it can be a daunting task for you that is why Scholarships to Study Abroad is here to find and bring all of these scholarships to you. In this blog post, I present to you all the scholarships and grants offered by the National Rifle Association (NRA) designed to support the education of students who are involved in hunting and rifle shooting.
If you are looking to enter college or high school and are involved in hunting and/or shooting activities, you can apply for the scholarships and grants provided annually by the National Rifle Association as well as for other hunting scholarships to help fund your studies.
The National Rifle Association also known as the NRA is a US-based gun rights advocacy group founded in 1871 by William Conant Church and George Wood Wingate to advance rifle marksmanship. The present NRA still upholds the goals on which it was founded but has greatly improved on that goal by becoming a prominent gun-rights lobbying organization that teaches the safety and competence of firearms.
The association is based in Fairfax County, Virginia but it welcomes members from another part of the nation and has, according to the association, 5.5 million members. The association offers varieties of educational and non-educational programs to children, youth, and adults and they also sponsor a range of programs about firearm safety.
The NRA provides financial aid in the form of scholarships and grants to students who are members of the association. The funding is provided to support their studies. Although all the scholarships are funded by the NRA they have different requirements and eligibility criteria which you should not skip.
Without any further ado, let’s get into the NRA scholarships and how you can win them.
