The scholarship is established by a partnership between Transgrid, a leader in transmission networks, and Charles Sturt University. Transgrid Civil Engineering Scholarship offers $20,000 each to 100 engineering students at Charles Sturt University.
The scholarship is for 4 years and it is focused on all who are pursuing a bachelor of engineering, bachelor of technology, or a master of engineering in civil at Charles Sturt University.
2. CEGE Department Scholarships
Department of Civil, Environmental, and Geo-Engineering (CEGE) under the College of Science and Engineering at the University of Minnesota awards undergraduate scholarships every year to deserving students. The scholarships are awarded based oseveralof criteria such as academic achievementparticipationng in extra-curricular activities, being a first-generation student, representation, or financial need.
CEGE Department of the University of Minnesota offers more than 20 different named scholarships all for students of the department. You will also still be considered for entrance awards. There is a high chance for civil engineering students to get a scholarship at the University of Minnesota.
3. The University of Sheffield Department of Civil and Structural Engineering Scholarships
As an incoming student in the Sheffield Department of Civil and Structural Engineering at the University of Sheffield, undergraduate students are recognized for their hard work and achievement and awarded scholarships as a reward. The scholarships are awarded to international and domestic students.
4. Civil Engineering Scholarships for Undergraduate Students – The City College of New York (CCNY)
Undergraduate students accepted into the undergraduate civil engineering program at CCNY are eligible to receive several scholarships. The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering under the College of Design and Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS) offers four (4) separate scholarships to students currently pursuing the bachelor of engineering (civil engineering) program and are not holding any other scholarships.
Aside from these scholarships, you will also be considered for several undergraduate scholarships and awards based on outstanding academic achievements, leadership qualities, and special talents. There is a high chance for civil engineering students to get scholarships at NUS, so, you may want to consider applying for a civil engineering degree program here.
6. Engineering the Future Scholarships
Engineering the Future Scholarships is a scholarship for students in mechanical, civil, and aerospace engineering at the University of Manchester. If you are a bright student in any of those departments, there is a high chance of you getting this scholarship – Engineering the Future Scholarships.
It is important to note that there is no separate application for this scholarship as you are automatically evaluated based on academic merit to see if you qualify for the scholarship once you hold an admission offer. The awardees are given about four £10,000 partial tuition fee waivers or ten £6,000 partial tuition fee waivers.
7. NAU Civil-Environmental Engineering Scholarships
Northern Arizona University (NAU) offers a variety of scholarships to students enrolled in the full-time civil engineering program at the university. There are about 15 different scholarships each with its specific requirements but students cannot apply for the scholarships individually rather they will complete only one application to be considered for all the awards.
8. The University of Alberta Engineering Scholarships
The University of Alberta is a prestigious public research university located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The university is offering a wide range of scholarships to engineering students from years 1 to 4. There are varieties of these scholarships but the good thing is you don’t have to go through the stress of applying for them individually, there is just a single application to be considered for all the scholarships.
Students in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering are not exempted from applying for the scholarships since they are in the engineering discipline.
During the application, you need to add your current student access. Then based on your background, experiences, academics, and interests, you will be matched for the scholarship that your application matches. Candidates are selected based on academic achievement.
9. Cullen College of Engineering Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering Scholarships
The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering under Cullen College of Engineering is a division within the University of Houston, Texas, USA. Every student enrolled in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering is considered for scholarships and this is not just for undergraduate students but also graduate students. Combined, there are more than twenty varieties of scholarships and endowments made available to graduate and undergraduate students.
10. The Queen’s Jubilee Scholarship Trust
The Queen’s Jubilee Scholarship Trust also known as QUEST is a UK-based scholarship program established to support the educational cost of young people pursuing careers in civil engineering. The scholarship covers students, graduates, and professionally qualified members at all levels to develop their knowledge and skills to fulfill their potential.
11. Engineers Canada Scholarship Program
If you are a citizen of Canada enrolled in a civil engineering program ann your second year, the Engineering Canada Scholarship Program is presenting a wonderful scholarship opportunity to you. There are three different scholarships under the program and they are all for engineering students including civil engineering students who have completed at least one year of full-time study at their respective institutions and are returning for the next year.
The scholarships offer between $4,000 to $12,500 and several students can qualify but you can only win one of the scholarships even if you apply for all three.
12. Allen E. Paulson College of Engineering and Computing Scholarships
Allen E. Paulson College of Engineering and Computing Scholarships is the engineering division of Georgia Southern University. If you are enrolled in the civil engineering program at the College, there are several scholarships and endowments available for you. These scholarships are:
