The first on our list is the Resthaven Undergraduate Nursing Scholarship. It was established and sponsored by Resthaven Incorporated to support students studying nursing at the University of Adelaide. It is open to all students who are currently enrolled in the bachelor of nursing program.

The scholarship award is valued at $5,000 annually, and it is awarded based on academic merit and financial need. The duration is two years.

2.      Deakin Warrnambool Residential International Scholarships

This is the next on our list. It is offered by Deakin University to support students studying bachelor of nursing, bachelor of nursing/midwifery, bachelor of education, bachelor of psychological science, and bachelor of marine science.

The scholarship award is valued to be 50% of your accommodation fees with Deakin Residences Warrnambool which is about $4000 annually. The scholarship is renewable until completion of your degree program.

Another awesome nursing scholarship in Australia that international students can key into is the UTS Enrolled Nurse International Scholarship. This scholarship aims at supporting international students with an AQF diploma of nursing and current AHPRA to get a bachelor’s degree in nursing at an accelerated pace.

This scholarship covers living allowance, research allowance, and relocation allowance if you are eligible. It is important to note that this scholarship is based on academic record and prior research prowess. It is valued at $40,480 p.a.

The University of Notre Dame offers nursing scholarships to international students who are commencing to undertake a bachelor’s degree program in nursing at the institution. This is to support them in the payment of tuition fees.

The scholarship award is valued at a 20% fee reduction, and it is renewable till the completion of the degree program. It is important to note that this scholarship does not cover living expenses, accommodation fees, transport, and others.

There is no separate application made for this scholarship. Once you apply to study nursing at the University of Notre Dame as an international student, and you are eligible, you will automatically be shortlisted for the scholarship.

7.      The Pathway to Victoria Scholarship Program

The Pathway to Victoria Scholarship Program is a scholarship opportunity in Australia that international nursing students can key into. It is funded by the Victorian State Government through Study Melbourne.

This scholarship is valued at $2,500 AUD, and is a one-time payment for your tuition fees, however, in cases where the awardee fails to keep up satisfactory performance to complete the course at the Gordon TAFE, the awardee will repay the $2500 AUD.

The scholarship is open to international students applying to study any of Gordon’s CRICOS registered courses in which nursing is among them. It is good to note that applicants will still be considered in conjunction with other scholarships.

This scholarship is offered by UOW College to eligible international students excluding Australian and Zealand Citizens who are undertaking a diploma of nursing program at the institution.
