3. Dr. Juan Andrade Jr. Scholarship for Young Hispanic Leaders
The above-named scholarship is provided by the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute (USHLI) to students from minority ethnic communities, therefore Hispanic women are equally eligible to apply. To be an eligible candidate, you must have been enrolled in a 2 or 4-year undergraduate degree program as a full-time student at an accredited institution in the US.
Documents required to apply include two letters of recommendation resume, an unofficial transcript, a portrait picture, and an essay. The scholarship value is $1,000 for a 4-year institution while those in 2-year institutions will receive $500.
4. Chicana Latina Foundation Scholarship Program
Here is another wonderful opportunity for Hispanic females who are already enrolled in college or about to enroll in one. The fund from the Chicana Latina Foundation Scholarship Program can go a long way to support their college tuition. The Foundation offers an annual merit-based scholarship to 40—45 Latina female students to support their college education.
Candidates are selected based on academic achievement, demonstrated leadership qualities, clear direction and goals, and commitment to justice for Chicana and Latina women. 5. EPP/MSI Undergraduate Scholarship Program
EPP/MSI stands for Educational Partnership Program with Minority Serving Institutions. The Educational Partnership Program launched a scholarship for minority students, Hispanic females included, to support the cost of their education if they enroll at any of the Minority Serving Institutions in the US. The scholarship covers the cost of undergraduate study for students majoring in STEM.
The program offers a scholarship valued at $45,000 and an 11-week paid summer internship and training at NOAA in Maryland. To be eligible, you must be a US citizen, currently enrolled in the second year of a four-year undergraduate program, and maintain a minimum of 3.2 GPA on a scale of 4.0.

The Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley as part of its dedication to invest in educational excellence and empower the lives and futures of Latinos in Silicon Valley established the Latinos in Technology Scholarship to support Latino and Hispanic college students who are enrolled in a STEM-related program at a 4-year university.
The scholarship offers financial assistance of $10,000 renewable for up to 3 years, professional development, and access to summer internship programs. You can apply as a high school senior or be newly accepted into a STEM degree program. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or higher to be eligible.
9. American Chemical Society (ACS) Scholars Program
The American Chemical Society launched the Scholars Program as a way of supporting the educational needs of students from minority and underrepresented ethnic groups. Hispanic women are eligible for the award as well and can apply if they meet the scholarship requirements. You can apply for the scholarship as a graduating high school senior or college freshman, sophomores, or juniors.
Applicants must demonstrate excellent academic performance in chemistry or science and intend to pursue or be already enrolled in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related program at an accredited college. Other application documents required for the scholarship application are two letters of recommendation, an unofficial transcript, and a copy of the student aid report. Each recipient can receive between $1,000 and $5,000 per academic year.
10. McDonald’s HACER National Scholarship
Here is another popular scholarship for Hispanic students and as a Hispanic female, you are also eligible to apply.
The McDonald’s HACER National Scholarship awards financial assistance to support the college tuition of 30 Hispanic students, male and female, across the US who demonstrate academic excellence and financial need. The scholarship is offered annually, so, if it is closed at the time you are reading this, check in again the following year.
To be eligible, you must be a high school senior at the time of application, a legal resident of the US, below 21 years old, have community involvement, are of Hispanic heritage, and intend to enroll in a 2 or 4-year accredited college for a full-time program. Other application requirements include a transcript, personal statement, letter of recommendation, list of community service projects, and FAFSA report.
There are three tiers to the award. Tier one recipients are awarded up to $100,000, tier two recipients are awarded $20,000 or $10,000, and tier three recipients are awarded $5,000.

The Science Ambassador Scholarship offers a full-tuition to a woman in STEM at an accredited institution and it is offered annually.
12. Latino Community Credit Union (LCCU) Scholarship Program
LCCU launched a scholarship program in 2016 to increase access and opportunity for communities that are traditionally marginalized. So, as a Hispanic female you can apply for the scholarship and get financial support for your college education but you need to meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Have a minimum of 2.5 GPA or higher
- Demonstrate leadership abilities
- Intend to pursue or already enrolled in a 2 or 4-year accredited college in the US.

13. Ricoh Scholarship Program
