Eligibility: The applicant must be a Veteran or a spouse/child of a Veteran who, at the time of entry into the U.S. Armed Forces designated Texas as the Home of Record; or entered the service in Texas; or was a Texas resident. 12. College for all Texans – $1,000 Tuition Rebate for Certain Undergraduates
