Zombie Apocalypse Scholarship Application Process
In other to apply for the zombie apocalypse scholarship, applicants need to submit a short (250 words or less) plan in response to the following question:
“Imagine that your high school/college has been overrun with zombies. Your math professor, the cafeteria ladies, and even your best friend have all joined the Walking Dead. Use your brain to flesh out a plan to avoid the zombies, including where you would hide and the top five things you would bring with you to stay alive.”
The award for the scholarship stands at $2000 and the scholarship is given to one lone survivor. The other eligibility requirements are;
- Must be 14 years of age or older at the time of application.
- Must be a legal U.S. resident and be enrolled (or will enroll no later than fall 2025) in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher education
- Must be a resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
